I know you all will love your jewelry and will want to wear them ALL THE TIME and that's fantastic. Please do that, but follow these guidelines to keep your jewelry bold + bright!
We do know accidents happen, things break, and product wears. If that happens please reach out and we will do what we can to replace your product (if we still have the items, small fee may apply). Email kristine@bullandstar.com with pictures and what happened.
Beaded Bracelets
Minimize exposure to oceans, lotions, + potions to preserve the beauty. Minimize sleeping in your bracelets made on elastic cording.
Gold-Filled
Use a jewelry cloth or a gentle jewelry solution to clean and brighten your gold. Water safe.
Sterling Silver
Use a sterling silver jewelry cloth to brighten up when sterling silver gets a bit dull. Water safe.
Plated Jewelry
Avoid exposure to water, lotions, oils, and perfumes. Not water safe.
Nautical Cord Bracelets
No limits! Water safe! Use a mild soap and hand wash the cording if it needs to be freshened up.
